Shipping policy

When will my order be dispatched?

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

For orders placed in the UK, you should receive your order within 3-4 business days. All orders are sent with tracked shipping and tracking numbers will be provided on fulfilment.  

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free domestic shipping within the United Kingdom. All parcels will be shipped with tracked delivery. 

International Shipping - Standard

Up to 5 working days to Europe

For Europe, International Standard is priced at £9.99 for 1 item (<1kg), £13.99 for 2+ items (<2kg) or £19.99 for 3+ items (>2kg).

 

Up to 7 working days to Rest of World

For Rest of World, International Standard is priced at £12.99 for 1 item (<1kg), £14.99 for 2+ items (<2kg) or £19.99 for 3+ items (>2kg).

 

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@club-ten.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
